Return Policy for Thingsoftheoutdoor

 

 

(Claim must be made within 24 hours of date shipment is recieved or delivered)


 All Sales are final, If you are dissatisfied with there purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase. We may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All shipping is your responsibility. (All Shipping charges are Non-Refundable)
  All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned and items must be in new condtion for resale (All Shipping charges are Non-Refundable).
 We no longer except returns of any kind on clam shell items other than defective.
 


Product Shipment Damages

We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS. If you receive a damaged or broken item that shipped via UPS contact us within 3 days. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 20 days after contacting us.

Insurance on USPS Priority shipments is not available. We recommend UPS since the insurance costs are built into their shipping fees. UPS shipments are shipping fully insured against loss or damage. USPS Priority shipments are not insured.
